8. Acknowledgment of Risk and Responsible Drinking

PintLedger is a tracking and logging tool for beer enthusiasts. By using PintLedger, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your own drinking decisions and conduct
• PintLedger does not provide medical, health, or nutritional advice
• You assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption, including but not limited to health effects, impaired judgment, and injury
• You will drink responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws
• You will never operate a vehicle or machinery while impaired by alcohol
• PintLedger does not encourage excessive, underage, or irresponsible drinking

PintLedger shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, property damage, legal consequences, or other harm resulting from your alcohol consumption or decisions made while using the Service.
